Referral Terms
These terms keep the programme fair, clear, and rewarding for everyone.
Eligibility
You need a Kids Nurturer customer account and an active referral profile. Rewards apply to direct referrals of eligible new customers only.
Qualifying purchases
A referral earns points only after the referred customer’s eligible merchandise subtotal meets the programme minimum, payment is successful, and the order is completed. Delivery fees do not qualify.
Reversals and fraud
Cancelled, refunded, failed, duplicate, self-referred, or fraudulent orders do not earn rewards. We may reverse related points and review suspicious activity before taking action.
Expiry and redemption
Points are shopping rewards, not cash. They may expire under the programme settings and may only be redeemed on eligible orders within the applicable limits.
Privacy
Referral dashboards show privacy-safe referral information only. We do not show a referred customer’s contact, address, payment details, or order contents to referrers.
Programme changes
Kids Nurturer may pause, update, or end this programme. Changes apply to future activity unless we clearly state otherwise.
